This notice describes the intended enquiry service for D-Tech Infotech, based in Surat, India. The review site currently accepts contact through email, telephone and linked platforms; the online enquiry service is enabled only after its secure database is configured.
Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, email, optional company and phone, preferred contact method, service interests, project goal, website URL and optional planning budget and timeline. We use this information to respond, scope a proposal and follow up on your request.
Consent and marketing
Enquiry processing and optional marketing permission are separate choices. Marketing is not required to contact us. You may withdraw permission by emailing [email protected]. No newsletter runs on this site.
Storage, access and retention
When enabled, enquiry records are stored privately in Supabase Postgres and accessed only by authorized administrators. Transactional notifications use Resend when configured. These services may process data outside your country. Enquiries are retained for 180 days after the last recorded activity unless a continuing engagement or legal obligation requires a documented exception. Backup retention and deletion are handled under the configured backup policy.
Technical data and cookies
Abuse prevention uses a short-lived keyed network identifier, not a public record of your IP. Admin authentication uses essential session cookies. Public form drafts stay in memory. A motion preference is saved on your device. Optional advertising, analytics and embedded social content are disabled; outbound links have their own privacy practices.
Website assistant
Quick answers run on this website without sending a conversation to an AI provider. When AI chat is enabled and you accept the chat notice, your recent messages and public business information are sent through our server to Meta’s Model API for a reply. Meta’s processing and retention depend on the API terms and account configuration. D-Tech does not store chat transcripts in its database; the conversation stays in this page’s memory until you clear it, navigate away or reload. Hosting providers may retain normal technical request logs. Please do not share passwords, API keys, payment details or sensitive personal data. AI answers may be inaccurate; confirm project details with our team.
